Notice of Application for Premises Licence Variation
Krishan Tyagi has made an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) for a Premises Licence Variation for The Buckskin PH, Blackdown Close, Basingstoke RG22 5BW. The proposed additional licensable activities to be conducted indoors at the premises are: recorded music, live music, indoor sporting events, performance of dance, exhibition of films, performance of plays, facilities for dancing and late night refreshment. The proposed opening timings are: Monday- Thursday: 09:00-00:00, Friday-Saturday: 09:00-01:30 and Sunday: 09:00-00:00. The Licensing Register of BDBC is held and may be inspected at Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH, and where applicable at www.basingstoke.gov.uk . Any person wishing to make representations on this matter may do so in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH by 14th March 2012.
