ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mrs Audrey Frances Middleton late of 16 Homewaye House, 10 Pine Tree Glen, Bournemouth but also of Cherry Tree Lodge, 100 Wick Lane, Bournemouth who died on 6 February this year is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
