ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Dennis Charles Windeatt Mullen late of Kernella Court, 51 Surrey Road, Bournemouth BH4 9HS who died on 11 February this year is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
