NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE We, Holy Family Social Club Ltd, Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and postal address of premises: Holy Family RC Church Hall, Holy Family RC Church, Redbridge, Southampton SO16 4PL. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The supply of alcohol on Friday from 12:00 to 23:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 00:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 22:30. The provision of live and recorded music and dancing and anything of a similar description on Friday from 12:00 to 23:30, Saturday from 12:00 to 23:30 and on Sundays 12:00 to 22:30. The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at
www.southampton.gov.uk/business/licensing. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 1 March 2012 and 30 March 2012. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
