APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE Notice is hereby given that CEMEX UK Marine Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) to undertake a regulated activity under Part 4 of the
Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
CEMEX UK Marine Ltd has applied for an 18 month marine licence to extract 1,101,004 tonnes of aggregate from Area 137, with a proposed extraction of no more than 880,803 tonnes in any calendar

applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
