Notice of application for a Sex Establishment Licence

Notice is given that Dawn Sheppard has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority on the 6th day of March 2012 for a Renewal of Licence to use the following premises as a sex shop/ sex cinema:

Erotique 4 You, 448A Ashley Rd, Poole, BH14 0AD.

OBJECTIONS
Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/her objection to the: Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Newfields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, BH17 0NF. Objections must be submitted within 28 days of the date of the application which is given above. The objector must state the general grounds of the objections. The Council will not reveal the name of the objectors without their consent.
