NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Marcin Harabin & Krzysztof Zawisza, hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licencing Act 2003 , as follows:
Name and postal address of premises is: ABC Convenience Store, 116 Portswood Road, Southampton SO17 2FY
Application for a premises licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003 to grant PREMISES LICENCE to supply of alcohol Standard days and the following times as below: Monday to Saturday start 08:00 finish 23:00: Sunday start 10:30 finish 23:00.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on in the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licencing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the [date of 06/03/2012] and [03/04/2012].
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
