NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE

I Mrs R Kelly of 12 Clowes Avenue, Bournemouth BH6 4ES HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I intend to apply to the Christchurch Borough Council on the 12th day of March 2012 for the grant of a Premises Licence at: 55 High Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AT for the following licensable activities which will be provided during the following times, 11.00am to midnight, and starting from the 10th day April 2012.

Any persons who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should submit them in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Chief Executives Department, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ, not later than 28 days from the date of the receipt of the application. Any such representations will be made known and copied to the applicant(s).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licence application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale
