APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AT POOLE BAY

Notice is hereby given that OES, University of Southampton has applied to the marine management Organisation under the marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, part 4, for a Marine licence to place experimental structures within the existing footprint of the Poole Bay Artificial Reef.

Plans showing the position of the works may be seen at: Southern IFCA, 64Ashley Road, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9BN

Representations is respect of the application should be made in writing giving an address to which correspondence may be sent to the MMO, marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5BN or emailed to mark.qureshi@marinemanagement.org.uk within 29 days of 15th march, quoting reference MLA/2012/00022.

The MMO will pass on to OES copy of any representation received.
