NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Anthony George Curtiss late of 22 Oval Gardens, Grays, Essex RM17 5NR who died on 1st November 2011 are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 25th May 2012 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice
