Licensing Act 2003 Application for Premises Licence

Under Sections 17 of the Act

Devizes Town Council Hillworth Park, Queens Road, Devizes SN10 1HR

The licensing of Hillworth Park including the Park Centre to allow regulated entertainment between 10am and 11pm seven days a week.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority Wiltshire Council, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes Wilts SN10 2AT between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 16th April 2012

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
