LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE Hampshire County Council Hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act
2003, as follows: Royal Victoria Country Park, Netley, Southampton SO31 5GA The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: The Parkland & Empire Rooms hold separate
Premises Licences and to reduce costs and streamline the business we seek to combine the two Premises Licences so that Royal Victoria Country Park is covered by one licence held by Hampshire County
Council. We seek to amend current alcohol hours to reflect the regulated entertainment hours and amend Sunday hours so that they also finish at 2300. Addition of facilities for making music,
dancing and anything similar. Late night refreshment is applied for to cover the provision of hot food & drink at events where the supply of alcohol is proposed to finish at 00.00. The relevant
licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG
or at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the internet at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant
authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 26 March 2012 and 26 April 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
