LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that we Ormond Development & Management Ltd. Chilli Pepper, Broadwell, Nr. Lechlade, Gloucestershire, GL7 3QS have applied to West Oxfordshire District Council to allow the following licensable activities to take place.

Retail sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 hours until 00:00 hours and from 00:00 hours New Years Eve until 00:00 hours on New Years Day.

Provision of regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 11:00 hours until 00:00 hours and from 00:00 hours New Years Eve until 00:00 hours on New Years Day. Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 hours until 00:30 hours and from 00:30 hours following New Years Eve until 00:30 hours following New Years Day.

Under the above Act. This is a new application for the grant of a Premises Licence.

Any person wishing to object to the application should do so by giving notice in writing stating the grounds of objection to Community Services, Council Offices, Elmfield, Witney Oxfordshire, OX28 1PB within twenty eight days.

Persons objecting to the application should be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a Committee of the Council.
