Notice of Application for
the Variation of a Premises Licence
I, Martina Reeves, hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and address of premises, Southampton Arms, 89 Moorgreen Road, West End, Southampton SO30 2HG.
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol. The provision of regulated entertainment.
The relevant Licensing Authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the Licencing Team at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG at the Civic Offices, Leigh Road, Eastleigh SO50 9YN during normal office hours or on the Internet at licencing@eastleigh.gov.uk
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Eastleigh Borough Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ as to be received by them between the 16th March, 2012 and 13th April 2012. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000)
