Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made by Odiham & Greywell Cricket Club For a Club Premises Certificate In respect of premises known as and situated at:
“Temporary Buildings”, Odiham & Greywell Cricket Club, King Street, Odiham, Hants, RG29 1NF
The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises:
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on or at the premises at to be advertised opening hours during the licensing hours of 11.00 to 23.00 hours Monday to Saturday and 12.00 to 23.00 hours on Sunday;
The playing of recorded music via radio or cd/dvd and television in the premises during the hours noted above.
A record of the application may be inspected at the Offices of Hart District Council (the relevant licencing authority) at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE during normal office hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Licensing Section at Hart District council provided that these are written and received before 4 pm on 25th April 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application at that the maximum fine on summary conviction is currently £500.
