APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY PONTOON
ARRANGEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Mercator Media Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to
undertake the deployment of temporary pontoon arrangement inside Berth 103 and 104 in the Port of Southampton annually for the next 5 years. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected
at (1). Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/ publicregister. Representations or objections in respect of
the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objectionmay be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine
Environment Team,PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to adam.chumbley@marine management.org.uk, within 28 days of (2), quoting reference – MLA/ 2012/00091. The
