LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice
GARRY ROBERT GRAYDON AND EDWARD MICHAEL DAVIS are applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for THE BOOT INN (HOUGHTON), STOCKBRIDGE SO20 6LH.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and provision of regulated entertainment.
The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to: ensure that the new catering point to be built in the grounds of The Boot Inn is covered by the terms of the Premises Licence and to allow for live music and dancing to take place on the premises so that the pub has the option of accommodating wedding parties.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
