Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the estate of the late Charles Edward Tate, lately of Lyme Wood Retirement Home Woodhouse Lane Uplyme Dorest ,who died on 5th April 2011, should send particulars in writing to Mr M Rundle of Solicitors Title 92 South Street Exeter EX1 1EN (solicitors to the Executor) by the 6 June 2012.
After this date the Executor of the estate will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the Executor then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
