Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Beryl Anne Phipps deceased, late of 16 Woodlands Road, Headington, Oxford who died on the 1st day of September 2011, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 22nd day of June 2012 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
