Premises Licence - Beversbrook Field

Sandi King and Jean Smith are applying for the grant of a premises licence for the Beversbrook Field, Oxford Road, Calne Wiltshire SN11 8RX.

The licence if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place. • Sale of alcohol for consumption on/off the premises, provision of regulated entertainment and facilities for regulated entertainment/provision of late night refreshment. For maximum of 5 days in any calendar year. 4 day country music festival, plus one other event day.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a fake statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
