FERNDOWN UPPER SCHOOL

has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at

FERNDOWN UPPER SCHOOL, CHERRY GROVE, FERNDOWN, DORSET, BH22 9EY

and propose to carry on the following activities:-

• a performance or rehearsal of a play; and/or
• an exhibition of a film; and/or
• an indoor sporting event; and/or
• a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or
• any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or
• a performance of dance (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or
• providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in making music or dancing (or entertainment of a similar description).

Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2003, may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between April 3rd and 1st May.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
