We,The Royal Hotel, Southend on Sea hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of The Royal Hotel, High Street, Southend on Sea. The proposed variation is: To add the performance of dance to the premises licence, including Exotic dance from the hours of 21.00 - 03.00am on Thursdays and Fridays. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 6th May 2012.Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, (Floor 12) Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea. Essex. SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Councils office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm Monday to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000.)
