Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Sunny Republic Brewing Company has applied to North Dorset District Council to use its brewery at The Old Grain Barns, North West Farm, Winterborne Kingston DT11 9AT for the supply of alcohol at ad hoc times between 11:00am and 11:00pm Monday to Sunday. Any Responsible Authority and Interested Party wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, North Dorset District Council, Nordon, Salisbury Road, Blandford, Dorset DT11 7LL no later than the 25th May 2012.

A copy of the application may be viewed at the Council Offices during normal working hours by appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine being £5,000.
