has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at

and propose to carry on the following activities:-
Sale of Alcohol, and a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description);

Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN.

Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2003, may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between Monday 16th April and Monday 14th May.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
