NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
IN THE ESTATE OF MRS MONICA BETTY RUSS DECEASED
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS MRS BETTY RUSS
Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of Monica Betty Russ late of Flat 38 Moorland Court, 181 Station Road, West Moors, Dorset, BH22 OHD who died on the 19 March 2012 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the under named solicitors on or before the 2 July 2012 after which time the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the value of the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
