Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Gwendoline Annie Huxstep deceased, late of 165 Windmill Road, Headington, Oxford who died on the 24th day of January 2012, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 1st day of July 2012 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
