Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that any persons having any claim against or claim to be beneficially interested in the assets of the late Mrs Teresa Christina Monfea otherwise Tess Monfea formerly of 109 Brookside Way, West End Southampton SO30 3NW who passed away on 25 December 2009 are required to send particulars in writing to the personal representative of her estate who is Mr Peter Francis Byrne care of J E Kennedy & Co Solicitors, 59 High Street, Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex, HA1 3HT within 2 months and one day of the publication date of this notice. After this date the personal representative will proceed to distribute the assets of the late deceased among the persons entitled to them and will have regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice. The personal representative shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
