DORCHESTER TOWN COUNCIL

T h e A N N U A L M E E T I N G o f t h e DORCHESTER TOWN COUNCIL will be held in the CORN EXCHANGE, DORCHESTER on MONDAY 21st MAY, 2012 commencing at 7.00p.m. for the purpose of electing the Town Mayor of Dorchester for the ensuing year.
The MEETING will then be ADJOURNED until 7.00pm. on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2012 and will resume in the Council Chamber.
The evening Meeting on 22nd May, 2012 will be followed by a Half Hour period when members of the public will be able to address and ask questions of the Council on matters of local concern.
Dates of all the Council’s Committee Meetings may be obtained from the Council Offices, 19 North Square, Dorchester.
