NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mary Pennington Place deceased late of 8 Golden Crescent Everton Lymington Hampshire S041 0LL who died on 3 April 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executors on or before 12 July 2012 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
