ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mrs Elsie Muriel Solomon late of Sunningdales Care Home, 75 Southbourne Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, Dorset BH6 3NN who died on the 21/04/2012 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
