Notice of application to vary a premises licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Mr Mehmet Kocabay have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council to vary a premises licence in respect of the premises known as Southbourne Fried Chicken, 188 Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, BH5 2JB as follows:

Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: From 11:00 to 02:00 Monday to Saturday From 11:00 to 01:00 Sunday

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the above activities may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL by 31 May 2012.

A copy of the application is kept by Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
