MANUFACTURE AND STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS 2005.
Chemring Countermeasures Ltd hereby give notice in pursuance of Regulation 14 of the above regulations, have applied to Wiltshire Council for its assent for the variation of a licence to manufacture and store explosives at Chemring Countermeasures Ltd, High Post, Salisbury Wiltshire SP4 6AS.
A copy of the application and draft varying licence may be inspected at the Chemring Countermeasures Ltd address, given above, between the hours of 09.00 and 16.30 on Monday to Thursday inclusive. Representations on matters affecting the health and safety of persons other than our employees should be sent to Mr N Baker Public Protection Services, Wiltshire Council, Council House, Bourne Hill Salisbury Wiltshire SP1 3UZ by 30th May 2012.
