Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the granting of a Premises Licence for Retail Unit, Comet Way, Alexandra Park, Wroughton.

The application includes a proposal for the supply of alcohol.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH. licensing@swindon.gov.uk between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Interested parties (e.g.people living in the vicinity)or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 3 May 2012 and 30 May 2012.

All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax).

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.

The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
