APPLICATION FOR SHINGLE
TRANSFER AND BEACH RE-PROFILE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Brian Rousell (Shoreham Port Authority) has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Shingle Transfer and Beach Re- Profile. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Shoreham Port Authority, Nautilus House, Albion Street, Southwick, BN42 4ED.

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to Lillian.Sandeman@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 24th May, 2012 quoting reference MLA/2012/00167.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
