Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
I, Carolyn Lacey, hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Name and address of
premises, Bitterne Park School, 1 Copsewood Road, Southampton SO18 1BU.
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: To enable the school to perform and parents and the pubic to attend productions in the new Sixth Form Theatre. This is a new
purpose built facility which the school has occupied since Janaury 2012 and also to enable the school to have visiting productions. Music within the Theatre will be amplified. THESE EVENTS WILL BE
OCCASIONAL AND IN TERM TIME ONLY.
The relevant Licensing Authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1GY between
09.00 and 12.00 or 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the Internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ as to be received by
them between the 30th May, 2012 and 29th June 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not
exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000)
