LICENSING ACT 2003.

Notice of application for a Premises Licence Variation.
Notice of application to grant a Premises Licence to the Karis May Darling Foundation, www.KarisMayDarlingFoundation.org.uk who have applied to The Licensing Authority of Thurrock Borough Council for the following activity:
To hold a Family Variety Day at Gable Hall School Grounds, Southend Road, Corringham, Stanford le Hope, SS17 8JT with the proposed licensed and trading hours on the 23rd June 2012, from 12 noon to 8pm.
The activities will include the sale and consumption of alcohol and food. Live entertainment which will involve loud music showcasing performers (children).

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations regarding this application and must give notice in writing to Thurrock Council, Regulation Department, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, Essex.RM17 6SL, any time up to 15th June 2012.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a persons is liable on summary conviction for the office is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
