PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Murray Garrard Beecroft, late of Watch House Cottage, Watch House Road, Stebbing, Dunow, Essex.who died on the 19th day of July 2011, and whose will was proved at the Ipswich Registry on the 24th day of February 2012 by Greta Rosemary John, the Executor of the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Executor, on or before the 21st day of August 2012, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
