NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Ian Sean HUME has applied to Wiltshire Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of premises known as Lake House Studio Garage, Lake House, Wilsford-Cumlake, Salisbury, SP4 7BP.
The licence, if granted, is to enable the following licensable activity to take place:
The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 00.00hrs to 00.00hrs Mondays to Sundays.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ.
Representations may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice. a copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ.
The application can be viewed by prior appointment.
it is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 of the standard scale (£5,000).
