MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SCOUR PROTECTION AT
RAILWAY BRIDGE BML2-41, CHRISTCHURCH.
Notice is hereby given that Network Rail has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the installation of scour protection at bridge BML2-41 in Christchurch. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Christchurch Library, Druitt Buildings, High Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AW.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/ publicregister.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Environment Team, PO Box 1275, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE99 5BN, or alternatively emailed to mark.kirby@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 31st May 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00203.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
