Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Ernest Oliver Raymond Westell deceased, late of Beaumont Care Home, Bayworth Lane, Boars Hill, Oxford who died on the 20th day of October 2011, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors for the personal representatives of the deceased on or before the 24th day of August 2012

After which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
