NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that SUEL AHMED MEAH has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as
ZAISHAI, 60 St Thomas Street, Weymouth DT4 8EQ. The proposed licensable activities are a Licensed Indian restaurant and takeaway with the sale of alcohol 11am - 2am daily. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA. Representations must be received no
later than 24th June 2012. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly
or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to Level 5 on the standard
scale (£5,000).
