Third State Pizza Co Ltd is applying for the grant of a premise license for Dominos Pizza, Unit 5 Garrison Row, Station Road, Tidworth, Wiltshire, SP9 7NN.
The license if granted is to enable the following activities:
Late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 23:00hrs and 02:00hrs Monday to Sunday every day with the exception of Christmas Day.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, Wiltshire, GL5 4UB.
Representations must be made 28 days from the date of this Notice.
A copy of this application for the grant of the above license is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, Wiltshire, GL5 4UB. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
