Licensing Act 2003 - Premises Licence
We, Fresh to Desk, hereby give notice that we have applied on 29 May 2012 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as Fresh to Desk, 3700 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham PO15 7AW. The application is for sale of alcohol 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Sunday. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester CityCouncil,CityOffices,Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 28 June 2012; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the council’s website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the Standard Scale.
