SOUTHAMPTON BIOMASS POWER Southampton Biomass Power Ltd (a subsidiary of Helius Energy plc) proposes to apply to the Secretary of State under section 37 of The Planning Act 2008 for a Development Consent Order for a 100MWe biomass fuelled electricity generating plant on a site within the Western Docks, Port of Southampton
(Grid Reference SU 397 124). Public exhibitions Helius Energy is holding public exhibitions on the proposals
