Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

We, Booker Limited, of Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT apply for a variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Booker Cash & Carry, Cumberland Drive, Granby Industrial Est, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 9TB to vary the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

Details of Variation :
To vary the authorised hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off premises temporarily, during the Olympic Games period. The variation shall only be in effect during the period 23rd July 2012-11th August 2012, inclusive, as follows:

Monday-Sunday, inclusive: 06:00-00:00.

Once the above period has passed we will revert back to our normal opening and permitted hours.

The application may be viewed between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
