In the Estate of the late Miss Jane Clare Marwood deceased EFP 42 (2): 10/2007 Re Jane Clare Marwood deceased PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Jane Clare Marwood late of The Grange, East Street, Gayles, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 7JG who died on the 22nd day of December 2011 and whose will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on the 4th day of May 2012 by Pamela Anne Herring and David Barrie Stevenson and John Roberts the executors named in it (“the Executors”) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Meikles Solicitors, 38 Horsemarket, Barnard Castle, County Durham, DL12 8NA on or before 13 August 2012 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they had not had notice.
