APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
(under Sections 17 of the act)

Devizes Town Council, Brittox, Little Brittox Wine St, High Street, John’s St & Maryport St, Devizes SN10.

The licensing of Town Centre Streets to include Brittox, Little Brittox, Wine St, High Street, St John’s St & Maryport St to allow regulated entertainment between 10am and 11pm seven days a week.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at The Licensing Authority Wiltshire Council, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, Wilts, SN10 2AT between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 7 July 2012.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
