Notice is hereby given that Simon McLaren Smith of Parker House, 104 Hutton Road, Shenfield, Essex CM15 8NB has applied to the Judge at Chelmsford County Court to renew his Baliffs Certificate.
Any person who knows of any reason why Simon McLaren Smith is not a fit and proper person to be granted a Certificate should write to the Court Manager, Chelmsford County Court, Priory Place, New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0PP before the 30th July 2012.
