APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Sanjay Saxena has applied to the Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as: GALAXY PIZZA AND FRIED CHICKEN, 147 ALDER ROAD, POOLE, BH12 4AA
The proposed licensable activities are;
The Sale/supply of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) Sunday - Thursday from 1200hrs to 2300hrs, Friday - Saturday from 1200hrs to 0200hrs, and the provision of late night refreshment Friday - Saturday from 2300hrs to 0200hrs. Non standard timings also apply in respect of Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, Dorset BH17 0NF. Representations must be received no later than 18th July 2012.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
