NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I Heman Sahid, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Food Stop – 37 London Road, Southampton, SO15 2AD.
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The provision of late night refreshment until 03:00 Monday – Saturday and 01:00 Sunday. And the removal of supply of alcohol from the licence
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between the 22ndJune 2012 and 20th July 2012.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000). Dated: 22nd June 2012
